The Aggregate Advisors Founders
Eric Bahr
Eric is responsible for the strategic direction of Aggregate as well as working directly with clients and vendors.
Eric has spent the past 30 years working in a variety of Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing roles in the Insurance, Securities, Chemical, Plastics and Wire industries.
Eric holds a BSBA from The Ohio State University and has also earned an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Eric is a licenced insurance agent in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Florida.
Brendan Casey
Brendan is responsible for the tactical development of Aggregate, including product implementation, client acquisition/retention, and agent recruitment and sales.
With more than a decade of experience in back office support, Brendan has an in-depth knowledge of compliance regulations, sales support, and customer service expertise.
Brendan holds a degree in Business Management from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and is a licensed agent in the state of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
Karen O'Connell
Karen is responsible for marketing and communications.
With over 25 years of business and creative experience, Karen specializes in corporate start-up and enterprise organization having successfully managed several start-ups in the High-tech, Construction and Retail Sales industries. Karen also has experience in Human Resource Management and Benefits Administration in the Health Care industry.
Karen holds a BFA from Syracuse University and a Master’s Degree in Education from National University San Diego as well as a New Hampshire insurance licence.
